• Asharqia Chamber concludes the second period of the Chamber's initiative to qualify 3000 young men and women

    ​On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, Asharqia Chamber concluded the second program in the second period of its initiative to qualify 3000 young men and women, which was launched on Sunday August 5th in the headquarter of the Chamber in Dammam., and was entitled "Effective Excellence in Customer Service."

    The program witnessed the attendance and interaction of more than 400 young men and women.

     

    The Chairman of the Board, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, commented on the importance of training programs in the qualification of national cadres, especially those that coincide with the decisions of the wise leadership in the resettlement of jobs, which is interested in supporting young Saudi women and provide them with the necessary skills that help them to serve the country through entering the labor market.

     

    Ali Al-Harbi, a specialized coach in the field of customer service, reviewed the main topics that young men and women can benefit from in achieving the goal of excellence by following the steps that the employer or employee can attract the customer through the provision of various services in a way that is not expected, with the element of surprise, through the provider of those services, which is usually characterized by personality traits, which is the most important objectivity that gives him the ability to make himself on the subject of his listeners and think from their point of view.

     

    Al-Khalidi pointed out that the interaction of the audience with the session reflects the extent of their interest in the topics and the strength of its interlocutors. He added, "this gives us an impression of the quality of the program and the achievement of the goals that we have set up to reach the main goal of qualifying young men and women. So, they can meet the needs of the 12 economic sectors that the state has limited to the Saudis."

    Al-Khalidi stressed that Asharqia Chamber continues to provide specialized programs that provide various training services to contribute to the qualification of Saudi young men and women so that they can serve the country in many aspects and fields.

     

    Al-Khalidi said that the website of the Chamber is still continuing to receive registrants of those who are wishing to join the third period of the program, which will be held after the holiday of Eid al-Adha.

    He noted that those enrolled in the program would receive certificates of attendance if they completed all of the training hours.

     

    Al-Khalidi also congratulated who passed the first and second periods of the initiative successfully and advised them to continue to develop themselves and take advantage of the opportunities that are available and refined their talents to experience in the labor market, through contacting experienced people and testing their knowledge and skills by attending training programs in the field.

     

    Al-Khalidi called on young men and women to register on the website of the Chamber and take advantage of these free training programs provided by the Chamber. The programs attract professional trainers in various fields as well.

    He pointed out that the participants in the second program "Effective Excellence in Customer Service" successfully exceeded the training hours as the Chamber distributed certificates of attendance to them.​
